Money and friendship

Hi sisters

Has money ruin your friendship sister like relationship, because they keep asking for money from you and would make up excuses when it was time to pay you back or in arrangement.

Never lend money if You can’t afford to not receive it back.

It’s ruined one friendship, I sold her something under the pro visor that she pay me $50 a fortnight, when I approached her for the money, she said I thought you’d just forget about it. I told her I was happy to take the goods back and call it a day and have what she paid me as if she had rented it from me (it was a portable air conditioner) she told me no, got mad it was like a 48 degree day (no intentions of taking it that particular day) and gave me the remaining amount and I didn’t go and see her again.

She wasn’t really a friend she was just using me for lifts and stuff to town. Decided I was no longer being that friend and to cut my losses and run.

Yes. Because someone who keeps asking me to lend them money, isn’t a true friend. What I realised when I started saying I couldn’t lend them anymore money (and I couldn’t) they were rude, nasty and acted like I was a terrible person.

A real friend doesn’t use you.

I don't lend money unless I consider it a gift.
