I’m trying to book into to see a lawyer but in the mean time, does anybody know if it is even possible to get a biological father to sign over his rights to children in Australia? Please no judgment, I have very good reasons to want this done.

Yes, they can agree to relinquish their rights and responsibilities as a parent. Generally it isn't something that is granted without them agreeing to it though.
This is something that I’m pretty sure if I sent him the paper work he would sign them. I just don’t know where to get the paper work from. Does a lawyer have to write them up or is it a form that I can print off and send that and get him to sign a stat dec
You absolutely need to see a lawyer. He will need to agree to it, but it’s not as simple as signing a form. It also doesn’t stop them legally having to pay child support.
Child support doesn’t matter as he has been deemed unable to pay it (his dad supports him financially)
There are also other ways to go about this. It’s really important you get the correct advice that fits your exact situation from a lawyer.
I will, thank you. I have recently moved to a new area and it’s just a matter of finding a good family lawyer
