Hey sisters
How do u stop crying and hurting after a break up wen u loved someone so much and the only reasons why u left is feeling isolated and a prisoner in my own all I do is clean and clean and clean I got no affection no love no imtacity nothing my partner sat around on his fone all the time making comments about wat he saw etc and wen he got off his fone to pay attention to us he was always yelling.
I got asked y I love him wen I feel this way and nothing I have said chances how I feel I love this man so much like I love enough to want to climb in his skin so I never have to feel alone and he will always be with me now I have ended it
How can make the pain stop
Any advice would so helpful right now

You start living how you want to.
It's ok to hurt. But small steps and outings and one day you'll be really happy.

You start loving yourself more and you start redefining love.
It’s ok to grieve and be sad for a while. That’s a normal part of a breakup.
You start defining a healthy relationship and working on yourself so in the future you recognise one and don’t allow yourself to get involved with someone who doesn’t value you.
I think your definition of love sounds very unhealthy.
