Rent advice for salon

I manage a day spa in a tourist town (can be quiet during winter) and I am looking at renting out a space for a nail artist. I'm wondering how much per week or day people would find reasonable to charge rent? And how would I go about it (policies, procedures, bookings etc)?

It really depends on demand and supply in the area, my sister rents a chair at a salon. It's $50 per day she is at the salon. It is up to her to bring in clientele (some salons do advertise for you) however not her one. She manages all bookings and they use the same cash til/eftpos machine and at the end of the week work out earnings and minus it off rent :)

Depends on a lot of things, how much rent you pay per week/month, how much water and electricity you estimate they will use, the demand in the area for that sort of thing.
It's a good way to go about it though and I see more and more of these places doing 'rent a chair'
I'm sure google would be helpful as it's becoming so popular.
I think the easiest way would to be for them to have their own abn, handle all bookings and have their own eftpos (like the ones attached to their phones) and buy all their own products so all they are using from you is the space, water, elec, wifi and bathroom or kitchen facilities.
Depends on the area you are in but anywhere from $50-$150 p/w seems reasonable
