All day nausea

All day nausea

I am currently pregnant around 8 weeks.

Yet to have a dating scan etc, have seen a doctor to confirm pregnancy but otherwise have know idea what to do next. Was told to come back in a few weeks so that will be Monday.

This will be my 3rd pregnancy. Previous ones have resulted in hospitalization, and specialist care.

However I'm struggling with serious exhaustion and fatigue with this pregnancy. I am taking a multivitamin but apart from its quite normal what else may help.

I excersise, drink plenty of water but have tried increasing it a litre, eat small regular meals and things easy on the tummy. Ive tried essential oils and some days i wish i would actually vomit and not just feel like my tummy is in pure agony

you should go to your GP earlier incase you are dehydrated! Also maxolon can help but need a script.

You can take blackmores pregnancy nausea tablets, it's essentially just ginger. Eat small regular meals rather than 3 large ones. Have some crackers or plain salted chips before you get out of bed. Chew ice chips rather than drinking water where you can, it helps to avoid bloating.
I had HG x3 though so none of these worked for me but may help for you.

As for the exhaustion, listen to your body. Take it very easy and rest as much as possible, i know that's easier said than done if you have other kids or work though.

Definitely see your GP though, maxalon can help and they should order you some bloods soon, you may very well be low in iron/anemic.
