Hi, im looking to start talking to my near 11 year old about all the changes! Was looking at getting a book to give her to read then as we go through chapters give her the option to ask question and explain more!! Does anyone have recommendations of a book for this?

I spoke to my daughter about this on her 10 Th bday and gave the kaz cook book girls stuff. Boy oh boy I am glad I did today at just 11 she has spotting ? First period. Luckily enough she had period pack in her school bag and knew exactly what to do. But I and she is not ready for this, she us still so young 😔
There is a great Kaz Cooke book in big w and Kmart it’s $15 and it’s aimed at girls 8-13. I’m going to get it for my daughter. I’m very open with my kids, I make jokes about it so it makes them feel relaxed and be open to me with any questions. I make it a fun topic to make them laugh so they don’t get all shy and weirded out.
