Hey there lovely ladies of the group.
My daughter is 11 nearly 12 and has been developing breasts for the last three-four months.
She has complained at night time while she is asleep when she rolls over it hurts her breast’s when she rolls onto her belly.
So she is wanting to wear a small padded bra to bed.she has tried a plain crop top but said they still hurt.i have told her it’s not good to wear bras to bed
And would like to know if something else to use instead perhaps.or any suggestions that could help her during this time.
Thanks ladies x

Let her wear the padded crop top, she obviously needs the extra support in bed. There's nothing dangerous about wearing a wirefree crop top to bed either!
Isn't it a myth that it's bad to wear a bra to bed? Personally I'd let her wear one if it helps. When I'm pregnant/breastfeeding I've always worn one otherwise I get similar pains. Maybe try a sports bra - that's what I've found most comfortable
I thought that was a myth about wearing bras to bed.
I think so long as she is comfortable and not in pain, a padded bra would be fine.
It is a total myth!
Bigger chested ladies are actually recommended to wear some sort of support to bed. Most of us are probably more comfortable with nothing but there's certainly no safety issue - it's just personal preference!
I use the Big W sports bras that are about $12 or so, they're great to sleep in. If you got big boobs or pregnant you need that extra support when your asleep.
