Bed sheets

Just out of curiosity how often do you change bedsheets?
Is there a reason you change them when you do or just out of routine?

I used to change mine every 2 weeks, would shower before bed. And it’s what fitted in with my routine, now trying to change my routine as work days have changed and aiming to change sheets weekly. I change towels every 2-3 days

Weekly, every Sunday because I feel they’re dirty by the 6th day but out of routine as it’s my day off I change them then. I change my sons every Thursday as he’s at daycare and it’s my day off

The amount of dust mites/ bed bugs that live in your sheets is horrifying! I at least change them weekly and make sure i put them through either hot wash/dryer to kill the mites. Only found all this out when i had to make changes due to allergies and advice from allergy clinic!

My sons I change usually twice a week because he is gross.
Mine once a week, but if I let it slip a few days either side I don’t stress. Although I’m the only one who sleeps in my bed and there is no sexy time happening so it’s a pretty clean bed.

I do towels and sheets every two weeks.. mainly because I think it’s too much of stretch (for my mental health) to be doing all that plus regular weekly cleaning. Other wise I’d definitely do it more often.
Us and the kids always bath/shower before bed too so I try and justify it with that lol

I don't have a set routine, I just do it when it looks and smells like it needs doing.
In summer that may be every 7 to 10 days.
In winter, we can stretch it out 3, even 4 weeks (Oh the horror 🤣).

Towels weekly
Bed linen fortnightly but in winter longer. Before I worked again I did them weekly without fail. But with life comes juggling chores and grocery shopping and food prep are more important as well as time with family.

Once a week, unless it’s raining on weekend then once a fort(will dryer if raining still) but aim for once a week. We shower just before bed though and wear slippers around the house until bed time. Towels for kids daily and adults every two days but that’s due to crappy circumstances in a bathroom areas owner of rental won’t fix
