Need a whole new life.

I'm at a complete loss.
I'm 25 and feeling so depressed. It's hard to get out of bed in the morning. I feel like I have no purpose except being a full time single mum.
I haven't worked for almost 5 years now.
I hate just being a mum now. I want more. I want to show my daughter there is more to life then sitting around cleaning and cooking and being a single mum on centerlink. Her dad isn't involved in our lives so it's tough for support.
Almost every one in my year is married or engaged finished uni or in uni and I'm just a single mum with no carrier it's finally getting to me.
But I don't know where to start. I don't have a resume or know how to write one. I don't even know what sort of job I want.
I'm really thinking about doing a referral position. Being that middle person who links people in need to different services such as play groups, OTs pediatricians etc. But I don't know what the job title is called or what qualifications I need.
I just don't know what to start how to get out of this rut this depression ans start to get out of the house after 5 years. I have a lot of ptsd and anxiety I just want it all gone so I can start to work and be happy.
I'm seeing a counselor. I don't know what I'm asking maybe just if any one knows how i go about a job like i describe. Or know of any other sort of job they would recommend. I'm in a small town so it's hard to get work too.

Start somewhere. Any where. I live in a small town too and work in a factory. Take the shittier job to cover you while you upskill into what you want.

With this feeling and depression and wanting to change everything, a whole new life, it means that what you're doing is not filling your soul, meeting your expectations for life. So make a list or draw a picture of how you see yourself living, where, what kind of house, what kind of job, social life, etc and from that you can start working on each aspect. Small steps, day by day, you don't actually need to have all of these things to feel happy, even taking the steps and being on the right road will do it.
