Teacher help
I am teacher ...
I love teaching I do ... I love the rewards of someone learning something new.
However
I think it's time for change
I am over the politics... The drama ... The fighting... The bitching.... (Moved jobs all same... Plus I don't join in the bitching so feelin' left out of the fun or club sometimes)
Suggestions of career change ... I don't mind studying something... I just lost .

If teaching is your passion, perhaps adult education may be better suited to you or perhaps you could consider starting your own private tutoring business?
Also, Perhaps youth or social work?
You sound like you have the people skills for that.
Keep in mind though, bitchiness and politics is an issue in every industry. I've been in retail, aged and disability care. I tell you now there's less care than there is politics and crap...
Maybe try changing schools. I've seen some schools that thrive with a great leader (principal) and crash and burn with a poor leader...
