Losing weight and meals

I know this has been asked before but I am asking again- what works when wanting to loose weight? I need to loose 10-20 kgs and I've not been sucessful with 'diets'. I've cut down on sugar so far but still not loosing much. Do you think 30 minutes of excerise a day actually helps? And do you have any recipes for healthy home cooked meals you can FREEZE wirhout ruining? As dinners seem to be my downfall when its just me.

I have lost 9.3 kgs in the last 8 weeks... feel amazing! I do bodytrim. It is a lot like Keto but hell less more confusing and complicated. It is high protein low carb. I think regardless of what you do a lot is about portion control and healthier substitutes etc. I have noticed that as hardcore strict as I am with it all I have had 3 occasions where I have put on 1.3kgs overnight and I’ve ridden out the storm. My theory is it is just the body toning or something. It has happened 3 times and it’s almost like it happens in cycles. Hang in there long term and you’re will get there. It’s just all continuing to make the decision to stick it out and makes good food choices everyday. I am a full time single mum so food prep is soooo important to this being successful. I’m out of the house 11 hours of the day so very time poor after bathing/feeding and getting the daughter to bed. I’ve done no excerise at all but in saying that as I have lost more I’ve had more and more energy to get things done. Just Sunday gone I spent 5 hours in the yard whipper snipping, pruning trees and mowing. It’s awesome to do that and not just because you have to. I was buggered after but I could never have done that previously 😊 Wish you all the best...

Go Keto ! My husband lost 25kilos in 3 months on the Keto diet . I know loads of ppl on this diet and every single one of them have lost weight . All at different stages of the journey, but 100% of them have shed weight . Including me . I lost 15kilos in 10 weeks.

Keto has just two rules . No sugar . And no , or very low carbohydrates . When both are eliminated together you will lose weight .

Keto is amazing. So many people have great results.

Cutting sugar is great but also look into your hidden sugar/CARBS.
Cut carb or lower carbs with LO GI options instead.

From recent reading and life experience, it seems that diets just don't work (in the long term). Will power just won't work in the long term. Google tapping for overeating. I've just started a program through Georgie Beams. She is a psychologist in Melbourne. I'm in FNQ. The course is run online and through Facebook. I'm actually seeing my eating habits change without having to flex my will power muscle.
