Improve self esteem

I have really low self esteem. I have been seeing a therapist to work on my issues but am wondering if anyone has any advice on how to improve my self esteem and confidence? Therapy will help but I want to completely focus on this outside of my therapist's room as well. Any good books? Self help apps? Things to do? Anything will help me so much :)

Start a hobby, self development, improvement, tick things or skills off your bucket list, a team sport or group activity, build friendships or do enjoyable things with others, people who give positive feedback and support, all of those give you that feeling that youre worthwhile inside yourself.

Google Brene Brown. Her books are amazing. You can get them from the library but I ended up buying my own so I could write notes in the margins. Helped me heaps.

Start a journal, record your thoughts and feelings. Listen to anything by "power thoughts meditation" on you tube. The I am courageous meditation is really good. Yoga is good. Excercise first thing in the morning will help with your happy chemicals.
