Have you been to your GP. There are lots of different reasons for incontinence and so it's important to find the right cause so if it's treatable it is treated. Your dr can refer you to physios, surgeons, incontinence nurses if appropriate. Don't be embarrassed. There are some excellent products out there now that can save you from any embarrassing accidents and good support from professionals.

I seen a nurse at our women and child's health centre who specialised in these types of issues she was fantastic and helped me so much with my issues
