I am a 27 year old mum of two and I'm thinking of studying to get my diploma in Work, health & safety or my diploma in HR management. I am just looking for experiences from people who have this qualification & information such as how likely it is I can seek employment with such qualification. I have over 10 years experience in customer service & call centre experience too. I just don't want to waste my time if I'm not going to be able to seek employment from this.
