UPDATE - Baby's gender has changed from first scans

I want to say thank you for all the support I received. I had written in around 6 months ago about finding out my soon to be born baby girl was actually a boy. 20 week Ultrasound said girl and 32 week non medical 3D ultrasound was definitely a boy.

After 6 years of TTC and thinking we were never going to have any children, we have been blessed with a beautiful healthy baby boy. Our miricle baby boy is the most wonderful thing in the world to us. He is loved beyond belief.

I had found myself sad only twice after finding out. One was the day I posted on here and the second was the day I was packing all the girls stuff away (only because I felt bad about the money our loved ones had spent and weren't able to the stuff yet, we are hoping to be blessed again, maybe with a girl). I needed to get that out, so that my love and bond for our baby boy was able to grow.

He has changed our lives so much. It is hard. Bit we are still learning and getting to know each other and he makes everyday so worthwhile.

So once again Thank you. Thank you for letting me vent and feel sorry for myself but also for helping me see that I wasn't alone in the way I was feeling and for making me feel supported and not judged.

Hi IM! I am so glad you finally got your miracle baby - congratulations!! Finding out you were having a boy would have been disheartening for the reasons you mentioned but no matter what the gender, they bring so much joy and happiness to our lives.

Parenting is a bloody tough gig, I myself am a new mum and every day throws new challenges at you (especially when you think you have it downpat and them bam, they change their mind!).

Good luck for the future and fingers crossed you one day get another baby, and bonus if it's a she!!!!!

Reason number one for not telling people what is between your baby's legs ;)

Very happy for you though. You never know, he may want to wear all of the pink :)
