I've been taking my daughters coloxal I've been eating purnes non stop, drinking lots of water and taking movicol and still nothing. What else can I do!?

Speak to a doctor.

Go speak to a pharmacist, you'll need an adults dose of laxatives not children's ones. You may need more than the recommended dose to get things moving too, the pharmacist will be able to advise the best course of action in this regard.
If that fails, see your GP. You may need an X-Ray to determine the level of faecal compaction, possibly some really strong prescribed laxatives.

If you have ongoing bowel issues, I'd suggest starting a good quality pro biotic (I take one specifically for irritable bowel syndrome, it's helped immensely.) Seeing a dietician as well could be helpful, just to make sure you're getting enough fibre intake into your diet.

And as much as I bet you just want to lay on the couch in misery, try and get up and go for a decent walk. Exercise stimulates the bowel muscles. Maybe just don't venture too far from a toilet lol!

Go and see a GP today to rule out compaction. They will tell you what regime to start to get things moving. You may need suppositories or an enema. You should probably see a dietitian to ensure you diet is meeting fibre and fluid requirements and if that doesn't help and it is an ongoing issue I would see a gastroenterologist.

Ducolax, over the counter at chemist, take 2 tabs, guaranteed to work. Movicol and coloxal are lollies, take the magic pill.
