I'm going to say it. That's a lot to hope for in another mum!

Vast majority of mums can not do spur of the moment.

Join a bowling league. Join another special interest group that suits you. Through that you will find a variety of friends that suit your interests and personalities.

If you want to do general social things try the meet-up app.

Having a BFF is not as common as you might think. It's unusual to have one friend that fits all your needs. If they do they usually burn out.

That's a lot of wants in a BFF, particularly that you can just rock up with without plans. Most mums don't have that freedom and would find that excessively needy.

I'd find a local group that interests you, as already mentioned a bowling league, lawn bowls even? And go from there. The key to keeping a BFF is not being needy and wanting to talk too often :)
