Is anyone from Melbourne and recently given birth at Monash Medical Centre, Clayton? I will be going public. Just interested to get your experience! This is my 2nd pregnancy but I obviously didn't give birth there the first time around! They apparently don't do tours etc anymore... it makes me a bit nervous! I met a dr at my appointment and she seemed lovely but this hospital seems so different to one where I gave birth the first time around. We have moved hence new hospital.

My ex husband had lung surgery there and lots of visits/scans prior, they are fabulous (this was 12 years ago), I'm sure nothing has changed. I think if anything went wrong, that's where you would want to be. Good luck with your pregnancy.
If there's any way you can go anywhere else, do that. It was horrendous, and I would have had my second in a bus shelter rather than go back there.
