Should I be worried?

My little one has just turned 4 months and is yet to show any signs of rolling. LO is very lazy, when she's on her back she can play with what's above her with her hands but barely moves her legs, and when she is on her belly she can raise her chest off the ground for a few minutes but will normally just lay down and rest/go to sleep.
I totally understand every baby is different and develops at different stages, I guess I am just worried as this is my first child and I am concerned.
We have her 4 month check and needles tomorrow so I will speak to our GP about it but I'm just looking for advise for when your LO rolled or anything you did to help encourage them to.

Certainly not, 4 months is very young. If it was 6 months then yes maybe begin to become a little worried, but usually babies take up until 5-6 months old.

4-6 months is the average age for rolling, give her a chance to actually be late with that milestone before you start stressing 😂 Lots of tummy play, my 4 all rolled at different times. The earliest was 3 months and the longest was 5 months. The one that started at 3 months was my smallest baby, the one at 5 months was my biggest baby, I do think size has something to do with it but that's my personal opinion! When they first roll they actually scare themselves so be ready for hugs when she first does it 😊 Then she will be rolling everywhere and you will be wishing she went back to not being able to roll 😂😂😂

I dont think any of my girls were rolling by 4 mths. All were different ages when reached milestones. My middle girl only rolled once in 8 mths...started crawling at 8.5 mths and walking at 10mths. I wasnt worried at all! Every child is different. Trust me enjoy this for as long as possible.. so much easier if they stay in the same spot when you leave the room.
