I'm curious as to how other women have found using the depo shot.
I understand that everyone reacts differently to contraception, but I'd love to get as much information as possible beforehand, so would love to hear personal experiences with it.

The only problem I had with the depo was I bled every single day from it. I ended up borderline anemic and the doc ended up telling me to take the pill aswell to stop the bleeding which kind of defeated the purpose of it.
I had 2 side affects from it. I didnt bleed at all. No monthly periods nothing but i put on a bit of weight. And nothing i did including being in a physically active and demanding job would help lose it. But i want over weight just chubby. It was just one of those things i took the good with the bad
Almost 20 years with no periods but some weight gain.
