I have heard excellent things about YOUI, especially in relation to cover of items in the vehicle auch as car seats which should be replaced after an accident.
Coles have been great, so much cheaper, extra advantage of more flybuys points at Coles and whilst I haven't made a claim on my car insurance, I have on my contents, I was at fault and it was assessed and paid within 10 days, couldn't complain.
