Im having some trouble falling pregnant due to fertility issues caused by PCOS. I'm looking for recommendations from people in Cairns area please. Can anyone recommend a fertility specialist in Cairns or share their positive experience with a cairns doctor. Thanks so much in advance.

I'm not in the area so can't recommend anyone, but I wish you all the luck.
We struggled with fertility issues due to PCOS however you will get there! We were having regular scans to check my follicle growth and were just about to go down the IUI path however got our positive right beforehand.
I would suggest requesting a HSG test to check your tubes because if there's any issues there, then there is no point going through all the appointments prior and you can jump straight onto the issue.
Hello, I am from Cairns and have PCOS, mild endo, fibroids and a thyroid condition. I am currently 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby, naturally, but with the guided and supported help from Queensland Fertility Group's Dr Anne Coffey. I would recommend you ask your GP for a referral to make an appointment with Anne. She is so lovely, and really caring. She is very knowledgeable.
My husband and I actually enjoyed the process of her support; the test results were insightful and interesting and every visit was enjoyable.
