I have recently discovered this website and have enjoyed reading a few of the posts. However, the white print on black background is very harsh on the eyes. The words are hard to focus on and I find myself highlighting the text I want to read so they change colour and my eyes don’t go as funny. Not sure if it is just me though!

Just wanted to say thank you for having the strength to create a forum that we as people can stand up and say “I have faults and thats ok”. I hope you go to sleep each night realising how the support your facilitate may actually be saving lives. Depression silently affects so many of us and if we can all hold each other up and give each other a break humanity may just find a way to forgive itself. So on behalf of every person that uses your sites to ask for help thank you from the bottom of our hearts you truely are a wonderful person.
